About the role

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
- Experience supporting contracts, corporate records, and coordination with outside counsel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document or contract management systems
- Note: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
- Maintain and manage corporate records, including entity documents, minute books, and required filings for domestic and international subsidiaries

- 5+ experience as a corporate paralegal or legal professional in a corporate legal department or law firm
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Compensation
- Assist with the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of corporate entities, including preparation of routine corporate documentation, organizational documents and annual filings
