About the role
- You will act as a digital manufacturing engineer, helping customers move from legacy processes to a model-based, software-driven system.
- You will be deeply embedded during pilots and early deployments, ensuring customers not only understand the product-but successfully adopt it.
Responsibilities
- Create and structure work instructions from CAD and engineering data
- Lead onboarding and drive adoption during pilots and early deployments
- Partner with product and engineering to surface high-impact feedback
- Support demos, technical evaluations, and customer check-ins
Requirements
- Experience working in or closely with manufacturing environments
- Ability to break down and structure complex assembly workflows
- Experience with CAD tools (NX, SolidWorks, Creo, etc.)
- Familiarity with PLM / ERP systems and manufacturing workflows
- Experience creating or managing work instructions
