About the role

  • You will act as a digital manufacturing engineer, helping customers move from legacy processes to a model-based, software-driven system.
  • You will be deeply embedded during pilots and early deployments, ensuring customers not only understand the product-but successfully adopt it.

Responsibilities

  • Create and structure work instructions from CAD and engineering data
  • Lead onboarding and drive adoption during pilots and early deployments
  • Partner with product and engineering to surface high-impact feedback
  • Support demos, technical evaluations, and customer check-ins

Requirements

  • Experience working in or closely with manufacturing environments
  • Ability to break down and structure complex assembly workflows
  • Experience with CAD tools (NX, SolidWorks, Creo, etc.)
  • Familiarity with PLM / ERP systems and manufacturing workflows
  • Experience creating or managing work instructions
