About the role

Responsibilities
- Deliver student instruction and evaluate student performance.
- Design and deliver individualized remediation plans based on student performance data and faculty feedback.
- Monitor student progress throughout the remediation period and adjust support strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with course faculty to align remediation goals with curriculum standards.
- Maintain detailed records of student engagement, progress, and outcomes for institutional tracking.
- Support students in developing academic skills such as test-taking strategies, time management, and self-assessment.
Requirements
- License/Certification Required: Current NCCPA Certification, State of New York PA license or New York State PA license eligible.
- Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership and organizational skills Keen dedication to detail and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
Nice to have
- Two years of clinical experience and Master's degree are preferred.
- Experience in remediation and student success preferred.
