Independently lead HRIS systems projects, including selection, planning, organization, testing, training, customizations and communication of new systems and technology solutions.
Recommend technology solutions designed to enhance the productivity, quality and efficiency of the HR function
HRIS Manager - Workday HCM to lead the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of our Workday HCM platform.

Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, Business or related field.
Demonstrated experience in managing HRIS systems and audit processes and performing complex reporting and analyses using advanced reporting tools.
Strong understanding of Business Process Design and Configuration.
Strong digital savvy ability to influence others on the use of new technologies and processes.
Proven performance in earlier role.
Guide and mentor team members and ensure they have all the resources required, to complete their assigned tasks.
Ability to gather requirements, design, configure and test Business Processes end to end.
Expert understanding of Workday and other hosted 3rd party applications

8+ years of experience in a database/ information system management or similar role, preferred
Strong Workday experience.
Proven experience with business intelligence tools including reporting and dashboards, preferred.
Project management experience handling multiple projects simultaneously, preferred.

Eisai Salary Transparency Language:
The annual base salary range for the Sr. Manager HRIS - WorkDay is from:$137,100-$180,000
Under current guidelines, this position is eligible to participate in: Eisai Inc. Annual Incentive Plan.
Final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, and skills.
