The Technical Product Manager will own intake, discovery, prioritization, backlog management, and solution shaping activities across assigned treasury and payment domains.
This role is expected to drive clarity, reduce ambiguity, improve execution readiness, and ensure technology investments align with enterprise strategy, operational needs, client experience expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Partner with treasury management, payments, operations, and technology leaders to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, client needs, and growth opportunities.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned to business priorities, payment modernization efforts, operational resiliency goals, and enterprise technology strategy.
Understand payment lifecycle processing, settlement workflows, exception handling, reconciliation, cutoff windows, sanctions screening, and operational support requirements.
Support modernization initiatives involving APIs, file transmission, ERP integrations, host-to-host connectivity, ISO 20022 readiness, and digital treasury transformation.
Facilitate cross-functional discussions to drive alignment and timely decisions.
Build trusted relationships across business, operations, technology, and control functions.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Systems Analysis, Technology Delivery, Treasury Technology, Payments Technology, or related roles.
Strong understanding of payment rails including ACH, wires, SWIFT, RTP, FedNow, and related operational workflows.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, backlog management, requirements definition, and release planning.
