Responsibilities
- The Technical Product Manager will own intake, discovery, prioritization, backlog management, and solution shaping activities across assigned treasury and payment domains.
- This role is expected to drive clarity, reduce ambiguity, improve execution readiness, and ensure technology investments align with enterprise strategy, operational needs, client experience expectations, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with treasury management, payments, operations, and technology leaders to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, client needs, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned to business priorities, payment modernization efforts, operational resiliency goals, and enterprise technology strategy.
- Understand payment lifecycle processing, settlement workflows, exception handling, reconciliation, cutoff windows, sanctions screening, and operational support requirements.
- Support modernization initiatives involving APIs, file transmission, ERP integrations, host-to-host connectivity, ISO 20022 readiness, and digital treasury transformation.
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions to drive alignment and timely decisions.
- Build trusted relationships across business, operations, technology, and control functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Systems Analysis, Technology Delivery, Treasury Technology, Payments Technology, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of payment rails including ACH, wires, SWIFT, RTP, FedNow, and related operational workflows.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, backlog management, requirements definition, and release planning.
- Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
Compensation
- $130k-$230k
