- Manufacturing Supervisor Location: Portsmouth, NH (On-site) Join a collaborative team where you'll help manufacture life‑changing therapies.
- You'll guide operations in a cGMP environment and contribute directly to delivering high‑quality products to patients and efficient production activities throughout the night schedule.

Responsibilities
- Lead safe, compliant daily operations in a manufacturing suite.
- Coach and develop operators through ongoing feedback and training.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve obstacles.
- Support deviations, SOP updates, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coach and support team members.
- Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and uphold quality standards.
Requirements
- AS/BS degree in a science field
- 5-10 years of experience in a GMP or manufacturing environment.
- Proven critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities for daily manufacturing challenges.
- Ability to work in cleanrooms and lift up to 50 lbs.
Nice to have
- 1-4 years of supervisory or team‑leading experience preferred.
- Experience working in cleanroom environments and with automated or manual systems preferred.
