About the role

We're looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to define how people experience Collate.
The work you do will translate cutting-edge AI into tools that feel simple, reliable, and human - even in the complex world of healthcare.

Collaborate closely with design, product, and backend engineers to bring ideas from concept to production. Own your own testing, own releasing software to production and monitor its life.
Create reusable components and frontend infrastructure that scales with the team and product. New challenges arrive daily, always think ahead of the current designs.
Obsess over details of interaction (create delight), accessibility (all people need access!), and performance (if it's slow, it's a no-go) to deliver seamless user experiences.
A deep care for design, usability, and accessibility - you see frontend engineering as product design.

The ability to translate complex, technical concepts into simple, intuitive user experiences.
Comfort working across the stack when needed, with a passion for owning the frontend experience.
A track record of shipping high-quality features quickly while maintaining technical rigor in complex systems.
