About the role
- You'll guide the team, ensure guest satisfaction, and assist with the behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps Santa's Hideaway Adventure on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all team members (hosts, greeters, photographers) follow policies and maintain high service standards.
- Support and coach team members to uphold a joyful, inclusive atmosphere.
- Maintain established company and departmental uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times.
Requirements
- Knowledge of safety/guest liability procedures for guests and employees.
- Must be able to work irregular shift assignments, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to multi-task including but not limited to answering the phone, greeting guests, rearranging reservations, etc.
- Must be able to stand, sit, bend and twist for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the casino/hotel areas.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Must be able to read, write and understand English.
