About the role
- The Account Nephrology Representative (ANR) is a field-based sales role within Natera's Organ Health division, focused on supporting the growth and development of an assigned nephrology territory.
- On-target earnings (OTE) represent the total potential income an employee can earn by achieving 100% of their performance goals.
- It combines a base salary with commissions and serves as an estimated figure rather than a guaranteed amount, providing a guideline based on average performance outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Support sales activities designed to grow revenue and expand adoption across assigned nephrology accounts.
- Support new account development and onboarding to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Serve as a day-to-day resource for provider offices, helping address account-related questions and support needs.
- Partner with internal teams, including Inside Sales, Customer Experience, Laboratory Operations, and other cross-functional partners, to resolve customer needs efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of account activity, customer interactions, and sales activity within CRM and internal systems.
- Effectively utilize internal tools, reporting, and data to support territory planning and account prioritization.
- Natera takes cyber crimes seriously, and will collaborate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute any related cyber crimes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or a related customer-facing role.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a broader sales and cross-functional team.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new products, clinical concepts, software, and reporting systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively engage with customers.
