About the role

NinjaHoldings is seeking a self-directed Data Associate to join our Marketing Analytics team, partnering with Marketing and senior analytics experts.

You'll own analytics work end-to-end within your area - building and maintaining the Snowflake/dbt models and Periscope dashboards that power funnel reporting, independently diagnosing drop-off drivers with SQL and Python, and translating your findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
You'll coordinate with cross-functional partners, help level up more junior analysts, and are expected to work fluently and critically alongside modern AI tooling.
