Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing regional team of recruiters in North America while providing leadership through a regional team leader in EMEA
- Build an environment of high accountability and ownership, coaching recruiters to solve complex problems, develop independent judgment, and present data-backed recommendations
- Partner with regional talent leaders in APAC to maintain comprehensive global visibility and present a unified recruiting narrative to global executive stakeholders
- Transition recruiting from a transactional service model into a strategic talent partnership that elevates overall quality of hire and long-term organizational design
- Collaborate closely with GTM recruiting peers to share capacity, balance resources across sales and customer functions, and eliminate single points of failure
- Own workforce planning, capacity modeling, and delivery projections in close alignment with business strategy and finance partners
- Demonstrated success developing senior ICs and managers through coaching, performance management, talent reviews, and career development, with a focus on building strong teams and future leaders
