We're seeking an Office Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment and takes pride in creating a welcoming and efficient workplace.
You'll be the first point of contact in our San Francisco office, ensuring everything runs smoothly-from greeting visitors to maintaining spaces that reflect our standards of excellence.

Maintain and prepare conference rooms including AV setup and support.
Support the Facilities team in onboarding new hires and managing vendors.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless office experience.

1+ years of experience in office coordination, hospitality, or facilities roles within professional settings.

Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role, together with other compensation being offered such as a discretionary bonus, health insurance, and other perks.
There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms.
A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is $33.65 to $40.86 an hour, overtime eligible; $70,000 - $85,000 annualized, based on a standard 40-hour workweek for 52 weeks.
