About the role
- As our Project Manager (Construction Manager / Owner's Representative), you will represent both the general contractor and the project owner throughout all phases of commercial construction.
- In this role, you will oversee project planning, coordination, contract compliance, budget and schedule performance, and risk management, ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with owner expectations.
- Successful team members in this role are organized, proactive, communicative, and committed to representing the owner's interests while facilitating smooth, well‑coordinated project execution.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field preferred
- equivalent experience considered.
- Previous experience as a construction manager, owner's representative, project manager, or similar role for commercial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction means and methods, contracts, scheduling, and cost management.
- Proficiency with project management software and scheduling tools.
- Strong communication, documentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel for extended periods and work in a dynamic, multi‑project environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
