Requirements
- Experience supporting ERP implementations and system conversions
- Experience managing large-scale warehouse operations in manufacturing environments
Nice to have
- Direct and oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, material movement, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders while meeting established service level expectations.
- Establish departmental goals aligned with site objectives and corporate initiatives.
- Provide daily leadership and direction to warehouse and logistics personnel.
- Monitor warehouse transactions to ensure compliance with inventory control requirements and ERP system standards.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, labeling, traceability, and disposition of materials.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP S/4HANA, and supporting technologies to improve operational performance.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective movement of materials.
