About the role

  • As a valuable member of our team you'll be responsible for delivering clinical care- in both the antepartum and postpartum period.
  • The role includes evaluating, diagnosing, counseling, educating and treating patients in the Houston region through in-clinic and telehealth appointments.

Requirements

  • Maintenance of State Licensure in good standing as required by the State in which Physical Therapist practices their trade.
  • You have 1+ year experience in a patient facing role.
  • Ability to carry professional liability insurance covering care provided.
  • Have the ability to commit to a minimum of 5 hours/week in a telehealth or in-person setting
  • Licensed Physical Therapist with advanced education in Pelvic Health including lab-based assessment in vaginal and rectal assessment and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction
  • American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties Women's Health Physical Therapy Clinical Specialist (WCS)
  • American Physical Therapy Association Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy Certification in Advanced Practice OB and or Pelvic Physical Therapy (CAPP-OB or CAPP-Pelvic)
  • Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Continuing Education Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC)
  • Bonus if you have your own in-person work space, where you are able to see Partum clients in - person (not required)

  • Demonstrated excellent written/verbal communication skills and excellent "bedside" manner
