We're seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our Inpatient Unit on either our PRN Day Shift or PRN Night Shift team.

Deliver skilled nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and manage pain and symptoms according to physician orders and hospice best practices.
Educate patients and family members about the plan of care while providing emotional support throughout their hospice journey.
Supervise and support Certified Nurse Aides to ensure compassionate, high-quality patient care.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
Maintain compliance with infection control, safety standards, and hospice regulations.
Help create a calm, compassionate, and comforting environment for patients and families.

Accurately document assessments, interventions, medications, and patient care in the electronic health record.
Participate in on-call and holiday rotations as needed.
