About the role
- Specifically, this includes cross-functional leadership of initiatives for the business' recurring revenues across product management, engineering, customer operations, marketing, and direct strategic engagement with sales and channel organizations.
- The director should have significant product management and development experience and be skilled in driving cohesive strategies spanning Software and Services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present business case recommendations for new market opportunities, solution performance and investment requirements to facilitate business planning and decision making.
- Develop and implement pricing strategy recommendations with a focus on simplification.
- Define and document solution requirements, use cases, and interface diagrams for use by engineering/development teams in creating technical requirements and developing new products or enhancements.
- Develops a deep understanding of issues and trends in banking and government ID programs globally, including potentially disruptive technologies and leads the communication of market intelligence to internal stakeholders.
- Develops, owns, and maintains segment roadmaps, which includes product/solution development, market messages, target audiences, other business activities and goals to be achieved.
- Collaborates with sales to execute the segment roadmap plans to meet Entrust goals.
- Perform general management responsibilities such as hiring, performance management, performance reviews, individual development activities, etc.
- Provide necessary work direction and manage projects effectively through planning, organization, and project management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or technology.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product management and/or development with experience delivering software, hardware and service solutions, preferably in ID and Card Issuance markets.
- Experience working in Agile-based development environment and creating detailed functional specifications for use by both technical and non-technical readers.
- Ability to Travel up to 30%.
- Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
- Executive level communication skills required with the ability to be persuasive and articulate necessary response for all relevant audiences and stakeholders.
Nice to have
- MBA and or technical degree
- Knowledge/experience in financial, banking, payments, or government ID industries
- Experience and background in AI and Security Solutions
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to stay focused on priorities and thrive in fast paced environment.

Compensation
- The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $165,506-$242,743 per year (in the primary posting location).
- Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience.
- This position is also eligible for the company's discretionary annual incentive plan.
- Note: Benefit and Compensation programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
