About the role
- Kitchen staff primary function is to execute all aspects of food service, under the direction of the Party Chef, in a variety of off premise settings.
- Execution includes food preparation, turnout, and kitchen breakdown as well as assisting in any way deemed necessary to ensure a successful catering event.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Experience in cooking for large crowds
- Experience in managing kitchen crews

- Kitchen experience, preferred but not required
