About the role
- Schedule: This position offers a consistent two-week rotating schedule with four shifts per week.
- Shift start times may be as early as 7:00 AM and end as late as 6:00 PM, depending on the needs of the clinic, with shift lengths ranging from 7-10 hours.
- Parker Animal Care is hiring a full-time Veterinary Technician to provide skilled care to our patients and exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Support veterinarians with patient care, exams, surgery, anesthesia, and recovery.
- Perform technical duties such as lab work, radiographs, injections, and IV catheter placement.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of Veterinary Technician experience.
- Ability to handle animals safely and compassionately.
- Familiarity with DEA, OSHA, and hospital safety guidelines.
- Alternating Saturdays are required, and the clinic is closed on Sundays.
- Knowledgeable about common disease states and able to alert veterinarians to changes in patient conditions.

Compensation
- $19-$23 per hour, based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. $1,000 Sign On Bonus!
