About the role

- Target Base Salary Range: $115,000 -$120,000 Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
Responsibilities
- Develop service designs and High-Level Designs (HLDs) aligned with CMSO strategic direction and Global Services goals
- Evaluate current and future service delivery and operations processes to design innovative architectures that enhance operational efficiency
- Partner with D&T Product Managers to inform product roadmaps using insights from the Offer Management demand backlog
- Provide technical architectural support for customized deployments of the Local Service Management Platform
- Support strategic project evaluations for tool selection and architecture aligned with Global Services business objectives

Requirements
- Technical Expertise
