About the role
- Office Locations: Union Square, NYC (Hybrid); San Francisco (Hybrid); San José HQ (Hybrid) Remote work: Tessera is a remote company.
- Tessera Deployed Strategists are technical generalists with sharp product intuition.
- As front-line staff, you carry the highest signal of how the product is moving and where it ought to go, and you'll be expected to shape our short- and long-horizon product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Translate messy customer needs into concrete requirements, then drive them to delivered outcomes on the Tessera platform
- Partner with GTM to frame technical boundaries in sales engagements and produce technical collateral, including Statements of Work
- Carry field signal back to Product and Engineering, helping shape what we build
- Build durable customer relationships and proactively surface new automation opportunities throughout each engagement
- Technical fluency to reason about software systems, read architecture, and hold your own with engineers and customer technical leads-strong knowledge of data concepts,
Requirements
- Deployed Strategists are proactive problem-solvers with a keen ability to see around corners.
- Technical fluency in data and Python are required.
- Required for customer engagements, with a wide variance per customer, of up to 50%
