3+ years of Property Management experience
1+ years of Management experience
Regularly required to travel outside between in varying weather conditions.

Complete lease/renewal paperwork to ensure completion to completion to company standards.
Track and evaluate advertising, and all client traffic.
Leading by example, Instilling, maintaining, and modeling the Cushman & Wakefield mission to be the best national management company.
Work with leasing staff to ensure that leasing/marketing goals are being met.
Effective communication and customer service skills
Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation skills

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates
