Requirements
- Support plant start-ups, shutdowns, and commissioning activities as required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in industrial automation or process control
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, DCS, and/or SCADA systems
- Knowledge of process safety standards and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to decide and drive outcomes
Compensation
- The expected salary range for this role is $74 000-$96 000, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
- This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
