About the role
- They will provide subject matter expertise that can be shared both with instructors and students.

Responsibilities
- Own the communication and outreach for all instructors.
- Identify opportunities and lead efforts to increase productivity and improve the performance of the collective instructional staff.
- Collaborate with instructors for the collection of content feedback.
- Collaborate with content management on content updates as needed.
- Validate payroll approval for all part-time instructors.
- Assist School Manager/Director in B2B outreach efforts including site visits, trade show appearances, and relationship building activities.
- Additionally, they will look for opportunities to develop and improve our live and on-demand classroom offerings with the goal of being best in class.
Requirements
- 5 years of Industry experience in real estate
- Ability to effectively utilize technology
- Ability to meet state regulatory requirements for real estate instructors
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $30.00 to $45.00 per hour.
