About the role

  • Joseph, Missouri distribution center charges, packages and ships the batteries used in cars, boats, motorcycles, and heavy-duty trucks.
  • We opened in 2000, now employ more than 280 people and operate six days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Verify quantities received and perform incoming inspections.
  • Perform daily production cycle counts.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of forklift experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Must be able to operate stand-up forklift
  • Must be able to wear required PPE.
  • Comfortable working 12-hour days as needed.
  • Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Pass forklift certification.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Basic math, reading and writing skills.

Compensation

  • Annual bonus opportunity (up to 3% annual salary based on Plant's performance).
