About the role

You will also be responsible for timely, accurate, and actionable chemical analysis of ore, process streams, and final products.
You will play a critical role in bridging leaching research and laboratory analytics with plant operations, helping ensure processes are robust, efficient, and suitable for future development & scale-up.

Drive leaching column operations including taking routine samples, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining high level of cleanliness
Drive ore handling including crushing, sorting by particle size, and taking representative samples
Perform elemental and compositional analysis of solid and liquid samples using ICP, NMR, XRF, Titrator, or similar analytical techniques
Document analytical results in laboratory information systems and maintain clear experimental records and material metrics using digital tools and software

Experience working in minerals processing, metallurgy, chemicals, specialty materials, or similar industrial environments
Familiarity with chemical processing (pumps, columns, instrumentation, etc) or crushing equipment (crushers, grinders, conveyors, sorters, etc)
Ability to read and follow SOPs, equipment manuals, and safety guidelines
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic mechanical fabrication and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience operating analytical or similar equipment
Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams
Commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational excellence
