Our chic, new facility offers state-of-the-art equipment.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Provide Spencer's luxury hospitality experience to guests.
Assessing, consulting, and performing full-body massage treatments, specialty treatments, and foot massages professionally and attentively.

Striving to develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of spa rooms to create a comfortable and hygienic environment.

2+ years of experience in a luxury spa environment.
Ability to perform Deep Tissue techniques when required.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position, including standing, for up to 2 hours at a time.

Role and Responsibilities As a Massage Therapist at Spencer's, you will have the opportunity to provide a range of body massage treatments, including our signature full body massage, and specialty treatments including our lower back and head neck & shoulder protocols, heated gua sha, hot stones, and hot bamboo, with the overall goal of enhancing the well-being of our guests.
Providing massage sessions of varying durations to meet each client's unique needs and preferences.
Providing exceptional client-centered service and care to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participating in specialized, paid training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in massage therapy techniques.
Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
