About the role

  • Sr Analyst, Equity and Alternatives BLM Location - New York or Chicago The primary purpose of the role is to focus on supporting the growth in CME's equity index business in prediction markets and new alternative investment products.
  • The pay ranges for this role based on location are: Chicago: $89,300-$148,900 New York/New Jersey: $98,300-$163,900.
  • Actual salary offered will be dependent on a wide array of factors including but not limited to: relevant experience, skills, education and comparison to internal employees (where relevant).

  • The candidate will be expected to manage large data sets for analysis; be able to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data and help draw insightful conclusions.
  • Support sales efforts by preparing business line managers and sales teams with tailored materials to drive client conversations and grow business.

Requirements

  • The candidate should have strong interest in new markets to CME, namely Prediction Markets and new alternative investment products.
  • The candidate will be required to represent the BLM team in cross functional projects and work with internal CME teams such as Clearing, Marketing, Sales, Research, Technology, and more.
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial services and derivatives markets is strongly preferred.
