About the role
- This role will act as the strategic and operational bridge between Product and Engineering, ensuring seamless execution across our payments ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex payments initiatives, from requirements definition to release.
- Drive alignment between Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.
- Manage roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Identify technical and operational risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Partner with Product Managers to refine scope, requirements, and impact measurement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or complex cross-functional delivery roles.
- Strong understanding of payments systems, payment orchestration, integrations, or financial platforms.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in highly technical environments.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system architecture, and distributed systems.
- Proven ability to handle ambiguity and evolving requirements.
