Responsibilities
- Hands-on Technical Support & Operations Day-to-Day Operations: Manage day-to-day IT activities at the site, working independently within company guidelines to maintain seamless operations.
- Incident Ownership: Take ownership of incidents, act decisively to restore user productivity, and manage troubleshooting across network and system infrastructure.
- Vendor & Service Management: Work closely in conjunction with internal IT groups, Professional Services, and outsourcing partners to drive efficient solutions.
- Training & Onboarding: Design and conduct training programs to educate users on both basic and specialized applications of Digital Technology.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Science or applicable discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of direct experience with IT/desktop support.
- Excellent working knowledge of the ITIL v3 processes in IT service delivery.

Compensation
- The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is between $65,500 - $121,700.
