About the role

The Process Engineer is also responsible for ensuring process specifications and associated documentation is maintained and communicated/trained.

The Process Engineer position is responsible for ensuring proper optimized operations to produce products and develop processes to ensure quality, cost and efficiency plans are met.
Lead process design reviews, raw material qualification and product and process qualification and capability studies.
Performs PPA/FMEA on all major process and raw material changes.
Leads the application and interpretation of SPC charting Train and educates personnel on company products, plant and corporate quality policies and procedures; including internal and external personnel, suppliers and customers.
Conduct and or lead breakdown analysis investigations, perform failure analysis, Fishbone analysis and focused improvement activities for the production line.
Instruct and train plant personnel on Root Cause Analysis; Support Root Cause Analysis as a focused manufacturing improvement strategy.
Review engineering specifications and drawings, propose design modifications to improve manufacturing processes within cost and business requirements.
Support all Plant Safety improvements/projects.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical) coupled 2+ years of demonstrated related experience in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of engineering fundamentals
Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, PLC and AutoCAD.

$68,000-$93,500
