Requirements

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and minimum of 3 years of related administrative experience

Skills

  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred.
  • General HR and/or Employee Relations experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

  • For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $25.30/hr to $37.94/hr.
