About the role
- Job Title: Energy Efficiency Customer Care Agent Job Description: Our client, a leader in utility energy efficiency programs, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Care Agent to join their team.
- There are three (3) shifts for this position: 8:30am EST to 5:30pm EST 9:00am EST to 6:00pm EST 10:00am EST to 7:00pm EST Key Responsibilities: Process energy incentive applications, reviewing for eligibility.

- This is an exciting opportunity to support commercial and residential energy programs while providing excellent service to program participants.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
Compensation
- $45k-$50k
