Responsibilities

  • Own the analysis and structuring of efficient global compensation programs to ensure organizational alignment and market competitiveness.
  • Partner with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to provide data-driven recommendations that support hiring, internal movement, and strategy alignment.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the OpenTable organizational structure and business to inform accurate, rigorous market pricing and benchmarking.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver high-quality, error-free work products with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a related analytical field such as Financial Planning.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience with macros and VBA for complex data modeling.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex compensation fundamentals to diverse stakeholders.
  • Minimum Qualifications

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday's advanced compensation functionality and HRIS systems.
  • Background working in high-technology or internet-based environments.
  • Experience in both "in-house" and consulting environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Compensation

  • Analyst, you will support the administration and evolution of OpenTable's global compensation programs and philosophy.
  • Manager of Compensation, you will play a key role in ensuring our pay for performance culture and processes are rigorous and market-aligned.
  • Support the semi-annual compensation cycles by managing data analysis and troubleshooting technical issues with the HRIS systems team.
  • Work from (almost) anywhere for up to 20 days per year
