Responsibilities
- Operate & Changeover: Lead machine setups, changeovers, and cycle adjustments for optimal productivity.
- Ensure Quality: Perform routine product checks using measuring tools to ensure specs meet accurate tolerances.
- Collaborate & Record: Maintain logs, support team goals, and cross-train on multiple coating assets.
- We design and develop labeling and functional materials, radio-frequency identification (RFID) inlays and tags, software applications that connect the physical and digital and offerings that enhance branded packaging and carry or display information that improves the customer experience.

- Tech Skills: Basic computer proficiency to track production flow and logs.

- $25.09/hr plus $2/hr shift differential

- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime as needed.
