- 14+ years of experience working with SAP ERP platforms including SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. ·
- Strong expertise in SAP FICO modules and enterprise finance processes. ·
- Proven experience leading ERP cutovers, enterprise go-lives, and hyper care activities. ·
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA migration programs. ·
- Strong understanding of financial operations, budgeting, and statutory reporting requirements. ·
- Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. ·
- Experience working in large enterprise or global environments. ·
