Responsibilities
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime of plant equipment and systems.
- Manage and train maintenance staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall plant operations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in fixed plant equipment and systems maintenance planning and execution.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary ($68,550 - $91,410) and participation in our annual incentive plan.
