About the role

  • This is not a traditional administrative role.
  • The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, emotionally intelligent, discreet, resourceful, and energized by solving problems before they happen.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, travel, and daily priorities with strategic awareness
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively optimize time allocation
  • Partner with leadership and People Operations to support onboarding, employee events, team gatherings, and office culture initiatives
  • Act as a point of contact for office-related needs while helping maintain a positive and highly functional workplace experience

Requirements

  • strong potential, professionalism, and organizational ability are valued as highly as years of experience.
  • Strong proficiency with modern productivity tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, ClickUp, and calendar management platforms
  • You are calm under pressure and highly dependable

Nice to have

  • Experience in a high-growth startup, SaaS company, consulting firm, investment environment, or commercial real estate organization preferred
  • Prior experience supporting office operations, workplace management, or employee experience initiatives is strongly preferred
