If so, here's how you'll contribute: Lead Preconstruction Efforts: Oversee all aspects of preconstruction, including estimating, budgeting, logistics, scheduling, and execution.
Own the Estimating Process: Review proposal specifications, drawings, and pre-bid meetings to determine scope and content for competitive estimates.
Drive Strategy & Execution: Develop and communicate estimates for complex projects, ranging from conceptual budgets to detailed hard bids.
Collaborate & Build Relationships: Partner with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to align on project goals and ensure financial success.
Expand Market Presence: Actively network and attend industry events to build relationships, uncover project opportunities, and strengthen Granger's reputation in Ohio.

Team Bachelor's degree in building construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in office, estimating, scheduling, and accounting software; experience with CostX is a plus.

Leverage new technologies and best practices to enhance estimating accuracy, efficiency, and overall project success.
What You Bring to the Team Bachelor's degree in building construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction estimating and preconstruction.
Expertise in construction materials, systems, and best-value decision-making.
Strong proficiency in office, estimating, scheduling, and accounting software
experience with CostX is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas confidently to diverse audiences.
An assertive, highly motivated, and self-starting approach to work.
