Requirements
- A track record of delivering results in dynamic environments-minimum three years of related experience, with at least one year leading projects.
- Experience with change management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Consulting mindset and a passion for driving change.
- Certifications like PMP, Prosci, or Agile are highly valued.
- Exceptional problem-solving, planning, and communication skills - you're a natural collaborator and motivator.
