About the role
- The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Serving as a subject matter expert to guide technology strategy for SAP & Non SAP Hire-to- retire
- Preparing and maintaining architecture diagrams and data models
Responsibilities
- Support Design and Retire solutions.
- The Solution Architect is the key contributor in defining solution strategy and design principles, and ensuring the alignment between the business needs and technical solutions.
- Developing and executing architectural strategy for design and implementation, Creating and documenting High Level Solution Designs, and working with Solution Delivery leads to identify software options, impacts and recommendations
- Working with development, infrastructure, test, and production support teams to ensure proper implementation of solution.
Requirements
- MBA or Master's Degree
- Overall 10+ years of Information Technology experience
- 8+ years of experience with the SAP portfolio (e.g., SAP-ECC, HANA, S4/Hana, Success factor, Fiori, NetWeaver), Workday and other HR solutions
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect designing and integrating systems
- Experience articulating the relationship between the business needs and recommended system architecture to business leaders and stakeholders
- Bachelors degree (minimum)
