Developing and maintaining a global roadmap for HR and Payroll
Developing and executing architectural strategy for design and implementation, Creating and documenting High Level Solution Designs, and working with Solution Delivery leads to identify software options, impacts and recommendations
Presenting High Level Solution Designs to senior leadership
Reviewing and signing off on technical designs
Working with development, infrastructure, test, and production support teams to ensure proper implementation of solution.

MBA or Master's Degree
Overall 10+ years of Information Technology experience
8+ years of experience with the SAP portfolio (e.g., SAP-ECC, HANA, S4/Hana, Success factor, Fiori, NetWeaver), Workday and other HR solutions
Experience integrating business solutions using PI and other integration tools
5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect designing and integrating systems
Experience articulating the relationship between the business needs and recommended system architecture to business leaders and stakeholders
Bachelors degree (minimum)
