About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the software development lifecycle.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Validate requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
You will also be responsible for guiding and implementing Scrum practices to enable the team's productivity and deliver high-quality products on time.

At least four years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development/engineering projects.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Solid knowledge of business analysis techniques and tools.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., GitLab, Jira, Confluence).

SALARY RANGE: $160,000 - $170,000 The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
