About the role

Working across the Learning Leadership team, the Manager helps shape governance, prioritization, and advocacy for learning initiatives to ensure learning solutions are effective, scalable, and aligned to business needs across Progyny.
This is a hands-on working manager role, balancing direct contribution with oversight of a small team.

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $100,000 - $115,000.
