About the role

  • We are seeking a visionary, high-velocity VP of Business Development to architect and execute our global growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate partner technologies that enhance our core value proposition.
  • Design and scale a high-performing global affiliate and referral network, optimizing commission structures, tracking, and attribution models.
  • Recruit top-tier global affiliates, networks, and media publishers to drive sustainable, low-CAC user acquisition.
  • Leverage data analytics to continuously optimize affiliate performance, fraud prevention, and ROI.
  • Own the international expansion playbook, conducting rigorous market analysis, regulatory assessments, and localized competitive mapping.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a world-class, data-driven Business Development and Partnership team.
  • Implement rigorous sales ops, CRM hygiene, and forecasting models to provide predictable pipeline visibility to the executive board.

  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing 7-figure, complex enterprise deals.
