About the role

  • We are seeking a talented and motivated Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing and analyzing structures, committed to continuous learning, and eager to contribute to exciting projects that make a real impact.

Responsibilities

  • Design, analyze, and review structural components and systems for various projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to develop innovative solutions.
  • Review 3-D BIM models to aid in building design, connection design and shop drawing reviews.
  • Receive support for relocation expenses if moving to the Nashville or St.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills are required, both verbal and written.
  • EIT certification.
  • A firm understanding of relevant building codes, materials, and standards.
  • Enthusiasm and desire to succeed and develop technical skills.
  • Passion for steel and concrete design and growing professional knowledge and skills in steel and concrete construction.
