Requirements
- The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in enterprise Java development, Apache Solr, application modernization, and secure software engineering within highly regulated environments.
Nice to have
- 13+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, information technology, or a related technical field with comparable responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree may substitute for 4 years of experience
- Master's degree may substitute for 6 years of experience.
- Deep expertise with Apache Solr and Zookeeper, including Solr administration, clustering, version upgrades, index migration, and optimization.
- Experience administering Apache Tomcat, integrating applications with Oracle 19c and relational databases, supporting Apache Directory Studio integrations, and maintaining SAP Business Intelligence reporting frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of secure software development practices, government security compliance requirements, troubleshooting, analytical problem-solving, and technical communication.
- Active Top Secret (w/ SCI eligibility) clearance, (active TS/SCI with CI Poly preferred).
- Experience with PrimeFaces, DevSecOps practices, automated deployment pipelines, and large-scale government modernization initiatives within classified or highly regulated environments.
Compensation
- $$150,000 - $210,000 *depending on experience*
