About the role

Responsibilities
- Acts as a liaison between business and IT; develops and maintains knowledge of the customer's business
- Develops test plans and executes tests
- Creates and maintains regression test suites, including UI and API-level test cases
- Prepares analysis for production support of applications and associated documentation
- Creates ad hoc reports and executes data queries to support business and operational needs
- Identifies root cause of production issues and documents findings and recommendations
- Creates and maintains application documentation, training materials, and process guides
- Actively shares knowledge with team members and business partners to reduce knowledge silos
- Manages and documents change requests through the full release cycle (CERT and PROD)

Requirements

Nice to have
- Experience with AI productivity tools (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or similar)
- Familiarity with insurance industry systems or P&C (Property & Casualty) business domain
- Experience creating or maintaining automated test suites
- Property & Casualty IT Services
- Experience with Agile methodology (daily scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
- Experience with project and work management tools (e.g., Rally, Jira, ServiceNow)
