About the role
- The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we'd love for you to be a part of it as our Senior Manager, Business Operations.
- As Senior Manager, Business Operations, you will be a key leader responsible for the success and scaling of our Business Operations function.
- Porch Consumer Services is a division of Porch that helps people navigate one of life's most complex transitions, moving and settling into a new home.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives from definition through execution, including launching and scaling new products and services.
- Develop strategies grounded in a deep understanding of business goals, constraints, and market dynamics, supported by rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Operations, Finance, Legal and more, to align on priorities, remove blockers, and move with urgency.
- Drive group-wide prioritization and tradeoff decisions, ensuring resources are focused on the highest-value opportunities.
- Drive adoption of shared dashboards and reports, maintain visibility into initiative KPIs, and proactively surface insights with clear recommendations.
- Support leadership team preparation for company and board-level reviews, ensuring the division presents with clarity and confidence.
Requirements
- 6-12 years of experience in strategy or business operations, preferably at a high-growth startup or technology company.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution with measurable results, including launching new products or service offerings.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to align stakeholders across diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.

- Establish and run the operating rhythm of the division, including annual planning cycles, quarterly business reviews, and ongoing goal tracking.
