About the role
- As a Groundskeeping & Maintenance Team Member, you'll be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the campground's outdoor spaces.
- Your primary focus will be landscaping, groundskeeping, and maintaining green spaces, while also assisting with general maintenance tasks to keep the campground running smoothly.
- Landscaping & Groundskeeping: Mow lawns, trim weeds, rake leaves, water plants, and ensure outdoor areas are well-kept.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Common Areas: Keep campsites, trails, and public spaces clean, clear, and guest-ready.
- Assist with Light Maintenance: Perform basic facility upkeep such as painting, minor repairs, and general handyman tasks.
- Waste & Debris Management: Empty trash bins, manage composting/recycling, and maintain a clean outdoor environment.
- Operate & Maintain Equipment: Use landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain Common Areas:
- Perform basic facility upkeep such as painting, minor repairs, and general handyman tasks.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry 25 lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to safely operate lawn care equipment and maintenance tools.
- Experience or familiarity with landscaping tools, lawn care, and outdoor maintenance.
