- Collaborative Planning: Cooperates with school and district staff to align instructional goals, and provides thorough plans for substitute teachers.
- Family Partnerships: Keeps parents actively involved through regular communication regarding academic and behavioral adjustments.

Requirements
- Broad knowledge of core subject instruction, specialized remedial methods, classroom management for self-contained spaces, and behavioral intervention strategies.

- Occasional local travel required
Skills
- Ability to provide highly structured instruction through demonstration and supervised practice.
- Strong skills in identifying student adjustment or academic challenges and recommending corrective action.
